THIS INDENTURE, made this ~ day of September, 2002,
between STANTON D. LORING and JESSICA LORING, AS TRUSTEES OF THE
LORING TRUST, as Grantors, and AUGUSTA, GEORGIA, a political
subdivision of the State of Georgia, as Grantee;
WIT N E SSE T H :
That the Grantors, in consideration of the sum of Ten and
00/100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration, cash in hahd, paid by the Grantee, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, bargain, sell,
release, convey and confirm unto the Grantee, his heirs and
assigns, the following described property, to-wit:
ALL that certain tract or parcel of land, situate,
lying and being in Augusta, Georgia, containing 58.71
acres, more or less, and lying on the east side of Doug
Bernard Parkway, formerly known as Savannah Road. Said
property is bound on the north by the Bobby Jones
Expressway, on the south by lands of Augusta, Georgia,
on the east by lands of the Department of
Transportation, State of Georgia, and on the west by
Doug Barnard Parkway,_ as shown on a plat prepared for
Augusta, Georgia by Cranston, Robertson & Whitehurst,
P.C., dated August 12, 2002 and recorded in the Office
of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Richmond County,
Georgia at Plat Book ~, Page ~ Reference is
made to said plat for a more complete and accurate
description of the metes, bounds and location of said
property.
TO HAVE AND TO H9LD,said property, along with all rights,
ways and appurtenances thereto belonging, or in anywise
appertaining, unto the Grantee, its successors and assigns, in

PERSONALLY APPEARED before me, STANTON D. LORING and JESSICA
LORING, the undersigned deponents, who being duly sworn, depose
and say on oath that the following described property is owned by
The Loring Trust, to-wit:
ALL that certain tract or parcel of land, situate,
lying and being in Augusta, Georgia, containing 58.71
acres, more or less, and lying on the east side of Doug
Bernard Parkway, formerly known as Savannah Road. Said
property is bound on the north by the Bobby Jones
Expressway, on the south by lands of Augusta, Georgia,
on the east by lands of the Department of
Transportation, State of Georgia, and on the west by
Doug Barnard Parkway, as shown on a plat prepared for

That such owner is the only person or party that is in
possession of said property or that has any right or claim to be
in possession of said property.
That owner is this day conveying said property in a bona
fide sale or to secure the repayment of a loan. That there is
not of record a preliminary notice or claim of lien.
That there is no outstanding indebtedness for equipment,
appliances, or other fixtures attached to said property.
That the lines and corners of said property are clearly
marked and there are no disputes concerning the location of the
lines and corners.
That there are no pending suits, proceedings, judgments,
bankruptcies, liens, preliminary notice of liens or executions
against said owner either in the aforesaid County or any other
County in the State of Georgia.
