HomeMy WebLinkAboutLIMITED WARRANT DEED KIMBERLY CLARK CORPORATION q1111<b ) STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF RICHMOND 1934 LIMITED WARRANTY DEED THIS INDENTURE, made this /oAday of January in the year of our Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred and Eighty-Four between KIMBERLY-CLARK CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation with offices at 1400 Holcomb Bridge Road, Roswell, Fulton County, Georgia, hereinafter the Party of the First Part, and RICHMOND COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Georgia, hereinafter the Party of the Second Part. tlo~ - 5"81-1 OD 0 WITNESSETH: That the said Party of the First Part, for and in consideration of the sum of Two Thousand Three Hundred and No/lOOs ($2,300.00) Dollars, in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold, and conveyed and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, and convey unto the said Party of the Second Part, its successors, heirs, and assigns, the following described property, to-wit: All that lot, tract, or parcel of land located in Richmond County, Georgia, in Georgia Militia District 124, containing 0.92 acres, more or less, the northwest corner of which is situated immediately adjacent to the eastern edge of the right-of-way for Georgia Highway 56 approximately 1,051.46 feet south of the intersection of the said highway right-of- way and the right-of-way for Horse Shoe Road; the said property consisting of a square parcel 200 feet on a side, being bounded on the north, east, and south by lands now or formerly of Kimberly-Clark Corporation and on the west by the right-of-way for Georgia Highway 56; all as shown in more detail on the attached plat, which is hereby incorpor- ated herein by reference and made a part hereof, dated August 29, 1983, and prepared for the Richmond County Board of Commissioners by James G. Swift and Associates, consult- ing engineers. The said conveyance is expressly made subject to all easements, rights-of-way, access limitations, mineral rights, covenants, agreements, reservations, grants, and other conveyances, both recorded and unrecorded, which may in any way affect the use of the said property. .... . > . ~ '.
