THIS INDENTURE, Made this 14 day of May, 2010 between the
AUGUSTA, GEORGIA LAND BANK AUTHORITY, as party of the First Part, and G.
B. Sharma, as party of the Second Part,
WITNESSETH:
That this conveyance is made pursuant to a Resolution duly adopted on
/'1A/ / , 2010 by the AUGUSTA, GEORGIA LAND BANK AUTHORITY,
authorizing the sale of property hereinafter described and authorizing the conveyance of said
property (a copy of said Resolution being attached hereto as Exhibit "B ").
That the said party of the First Part, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten
($10.00) Dollars and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, at and before
the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
has granted, bargained, sold and conveyed, and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell
and convey
unto the said party of the Second Part, his successors and assigns, the following described
property to wit:
See Exhibit A, hereto attached and by reference made a part hereof.

AND THE SAID party of the First Part, for itself, its successors and assigns, will
warrant and forever defend the right and title to the above described property, unto the .

owning, holding or claiming by, through or under the said party of the First Part.

Graham & Associates, Inc., dated 4/2/2010, for Girdhar B. Sharma and recorded in the Clerk of
Superior Court for Richmond County in Book 6 , page /2'r , reference being made to said
plat for a more complete and accurate description of the metes, bounds, and location of said
property.
