concur with persons jointly interested with myself therein in the
doing or executing of, all or any of the following acts, deeds,
and things, that is to say:
To sell in my behalf and name the following described
property, or any part thereof, to-wit:
All that piece, parcel or lot of land, with
improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the
County of Richmon~,. state of Georgia, in the 124th
District G.M., containing Fifty Nine (59) acres more or
less on the east side of Old Waynesboro Road, about
Thirteen (13) miles from the City of Augusta and
bounded on the NORTH by property now or formerly of A.
Shaw and the winter Estate; on the NORTHEAST by
property now or formerly of the winter Estate; on the
SOUTH by lands now or formerly of Richard E. Garner
and/ or E. R. Odom'; and on the WEST by Old Waynesboro
Road, Said property being shown and designated as TRACT
"A", Fifty-Nine (59) acres, on a plat prepared by Billy
B. Beazley, C. E., dated October 13, 1958 recorded in
the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of
Richmond County, Georgia in Realty Book 33-Y, page 375-
377; reference being made to said plat for a more
complete and accurate description of the metes, bounds,
courses and distances of the property hereby conveyed.
SAVING AND EXCEPTING HOWEVER THEREFROM ALL that strip
of land 125 feet in width being 62.5 feet on each side
of the following de~cribed survey line: BEGINNING on
the Easterly right-of-way line of Old Waynesboro Road
at point 279 feet a9 measured in a Northerly direction
along said Easterly\right-of-way line from a corner
common to lands now or formerly of Leonard S. Counts
and lands now or fo~merly of R. E. Garner; thence from
said point of beginning North 69 Degrees 27 minutes
East, a distance of 1312 feet to lands of continental
Can Company, Inc., being the identical property
conveyed to Georgia Power Company by Order dated
November 6, 1967 and recorded in said Clerk's Office in
Realty Book 34-X, page 157.
(1) To sign and execute Sales Contracts, Deeds and
other related legal instruments from me, the owner of an interest
in the above-stated property, to any person wishing to purchase
