FOR GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, Myung J. Kwon
and Pyung J. Kwon, join in this conveyance for the purpose of releasing and
quitclaiming all of their right, title and interest in and to the Security Deed from
Kay's Stop & Shop, LLC to Myung J. Kwon and Pyung J. Kwon, dated
November 15, 2000, recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of
Richmond County, Georgia, said Security Deed being satisfied pro tanto as to
the property consisting of 0.031 acres, as more fully described in the attached
Right-of-Way map dated January 8, 2000, and being conveyed to Augusta,
Georgia, but to remain in full force and effect as to the property not hereinbefore
released.

THIS CONVEYANCE made and executed the ---1- day of n11Jvr-1./h.

WITNESSETH that Kay's Stop & Shop, L.L.c. , the undersigned, is the owner of a tract of land in
RICHMOND COUNTY, through which Windsor Sorin2: Road Improvement, known as Windsor Sorin2: Road
Imorovement Proiect, has been laid out by w, R. Toole Engineers, Inc., being more particularly described in a
map and drawing of said project in the Public Works and Engineering office, to which reference is hereby made,
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the benefit to said property by the construction and maintenance
of said project, and in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00), in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, I do hereby grant, sell and convey to Augusta, Georgia, a political subdivision of the State of
Georgia, and their successors in office, so much land as to make a right-of-way for said project as surveyed.
SAID right-of-way is hereby conveyed in fee simple, consisting of 0.031 acre, more or less; and N/A acre
of permanent drainage, utility and maintenance easement, more or less; and 9.133.12 sq. ft. of temporary
construction easement, more or less, as shown on a drawing of the property prepared by W, R, Toole Engineers,
Inc., dated January 8, 2000, and revised June 2, 2000, attached hereto and made a part of this description,
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said conveyed premises in fee simple.
I hereby specially warrant that I have the right to sell and convey said land and bind myself, my heirs,
executors and administrators forever to defend by virtue of these presents,
JUST IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day above written.
