20,1963 in Deed Book 29-H, pages 425-429, conveying property kno~n

All that lot or parcel of land situate, lying and
being in the City of Augusta, Richmond County, 'Georgia,
on the East side of 13th Street, which, is known and
designated as Lot No.5, Block No. 66, Parcel A, on a
plat made by Joe L. Grant, Surveyor, dated January 31,
1963, which is attached to a deed from Thectty Council
of Augusta to the grantors herein, and is recorded in the
office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Richmond' County, , .
Georgia.
WHEREAS, the requirem~nts regarding construction,'having been
satisfied, the City council' of Augusta desires to cancel said
Security Deed.

, NOW THEREFORE, . the Clerk of Superior Court of Richmond County,
Georgia, is hereby authorized and directed to cancel the same and
mark it satisfied on the records thereof.
