QUITCLAIM DEED
COUNTY OF RICHMOND
THIS INDENTURE, made this 22.- day of ~, 2002, between JORGE R
FEGI, of the State of Georgia, Grantor, and BELINDA D. FEGI, State of Georgia, Grantee as joint
tenants with right to survivorship.
WITNESSETH, that Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other
valuable consideration in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, by these presents does hereby remise, convey, and forever, QUIT
CLAIM unto said grantee.
ALL that lot or parcel of land, with improvements thereon,
situate, lying and being in the State of Georgia, County of
Richmond, being shown and designated as Lot 1, Block A,
Section 14 ofPepperidge Subdivision on plat thereof pre-
pared by W.R. Toole Engineers, Inc. dated August 10, 1998,
as revised September 18, 1998 and recorded in the Office of
the Clerk of Superior Court for Richmond County, Georgia
in Realty Reel 613, pages 640-651, reference being made to
said plat for a more complete and accurate description as to
metes, bounds and location of said property.
TO HAVE AND HOLD the said described premises to grantee, so that neither grantor nor any
person or persons claiming under grantor shall at any time, by any means or way, have, claim, or demand
any right or title to said premises or appurtenances, or any rights thereof.
