THIS INDENTURE, made this ~ day of April, 2002, by and between JOHN W.
GOODIN and AMELIA F. GOODIN, as parties of the first part, and AUGUSTA, GEORGIA, a
political subdivision of the State of Georgia, as party of the second part;
WIT N E SSE T H:
That the parties of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of Forty
Thousand Five Hundred and NollOO Dollars ($40,500.00), cash in hand paid, receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the party ofthe second party,
its successors and assigns, the following described property, to-wit:
ALL that lot or parcel of land, with improvements thereon, situate,
lying and being in the state of Georgia, county of Richmond, in the
86th Georgia Militia District, consisting of 3.0 acres as is shown on a
plat prepared by Robert 1. Herrington, Jr., dated January 22, 2002,
which plat is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and by reference made a
part hereof for a more complete and accurate description as to the
metes and bounds and location of said property.

TO HA VB AND TO HOLD the said parcel of land, together with all rights, ways
and appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining unto the party of the second part,
its successors and assigns, in fee simple, forever.
AND the parties of the first part do hereby warrant the title to said property to the
patty of the second part and will forever defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons
whomsoever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties of the first part have hereunto set their hands
and seals, the day and year first above written.
