ABERNATHY, both Georgia residents, as tenants-in-common, as party of the second part, (hereinafter referred to collectively as "Grantee"), (the words "Grantor" and "Grantee" to include their respective heirs, successors, successors-in-title and assigns where the context requires permits). W I T N E S. S.
