WITNESSETH that J. B. Shirey , the undersigned, is the ownerr of a tract of land i RICHMOND
through which LTe's Court , known as Pye's Court Project, has been laid out by Augusta - Richmond
gineering Department, being more particularly described in a map and drawing of said project in the Augusta
ig office, to which reference is hereby made.
DW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the benefit to said property by the construction and maintenance of
,ct, and in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00), in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby
lged, I do hereby grant, sell and convey to Augusta, Georgia, a political subdivision of the State of Georgia,
uccessors in office, so much land as to make a right -of -way for said project as surveyed.
MID right -of -way is hereby conveyed in fee simple, consisting of 27,254.05 sq. ft. (0.63 acre), more or less;
sq. ft. of permanent easement, more or less; and 10,149.6 sq. ft. (0.23 acre) of temporary construction
more or less, as shown on a drawing of the property prepared by Augusta - Richmond County Engi.«eering'
it., dated June 30, 2010 revised N/A , attached hereto and made a part of this description.
J HAVE AND TO HOLD the said conveyed premises in fee simple.
hereby specially warrant that I have the right to sell and convey said land and bind myself, my heirs,
and administrators forever to defend by virtue of these presents.
