THIS INDENTURE, made this /~November, 1999, by and between
KA THY C. HERRINGTON formerly known as KATHY C. McGEE, as party of the first part,
and AUGUSTA, GEORGIA, a political subdivision of the State of Georgia, as party of the
second part;
WIT N E SSE T H:
That the party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of Thirty-
Three Thousand Five Hundred and Noll 00 ($33,500.00) Dollars, cash in hand paid, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the party
of the second party, its successors and assigns, the following described property, to-wit:

All that tract or parcel of land, with any improvements thereon,
situate, lying and being in the 86th D.G.M., City of Augusta,
State of Georgia, consisting of 1.03 acres, located East of
Morgan Road, all as shown on plat prepared by Cranston,
Robertson & Whitehurst, dated October 29, 1 999, attached
hereto and made by reference a part hereof for a more complete
and accurate description as to metes, bounds, distances and
location.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said parcel of land, together with all rights,
ways and appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining unto the party of the
second part, its successors and assigns, in fee simple, forever.
AND the party of the first part does hereby warrant the title to said property
to the party of the second part and will forever defend the same against the lawful claims of
all persons whomsoever.
