WHEREAS kereiofore HIGHVIEW DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION referred to
as Party of the first part did by Deed of Dedication dated
day of July, 1984 give that
certain Deed of Dedication to RICHMOND COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS, of
Richmond County, State of Georgia, a political subdivision of the State of Georgia which
. - Deed of Ded~aiion is recorded in the OffiCe of the Clerk of Superior Court of Richmond
County, Georgia in Realty Reel 186, Pages 363-364; and
WHEREAS in said Deed of Dedication HIGHVIEW DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION did convey bargain and sell, release and confirm unto the second party
therein the lots specified in said Deed of Dedication of Fairington Subdivision Section VI-B
as shown on a plat recorded in said Clerk's Office in'Realty Reel 186,' Pages 357-62, to wit:
Lots 1-21 Block P; Lots 26:-28 Block Q; Lots 1-23 Block R; Lots 1-21 Block S; and Lots 2-
17 Block I of said subdivision and section; and
WHEREAS it was intended by first party therein to convey to the second party therein
-~---~-- only-the streets,- storm drainage, sewer lines, water lines or mains; pipes,' valves and
connections located in Fairington Subdivision Section VI-B; and
NOW THEREFORE this Deed of Correction entered into and made for the purpose
of correcting the aforesaid Deed of Dedication by deleting all the lots and blocks stated in the
description of F airington Subdivision, Section' VI-Band substituting tlie following, to wit:
Said party of the first part, HIGHVIEW DEVELOPMENT CORPORA TION, for and
consideration for the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable considerations in hand
paid by the first party to second party receipt of which is hereby acknowledged at and before
the sealing and delivery of these presents, and other valuable considerations has granted,

sell, release, convey and confirm wito the said party of the second part, its successors and
assigns, the following described property, to wit:
All those streets, storm drainage and sewer lines, water lines or
mains, pipes, valves and connections located in Fairington
Subdivision Section VI-B according to a plat thereof prepared by
Jack D. Barker & Associates, dated May 26, 1984, and recorded
in the Office of the Clerk of Superior. Court of Richmond
County, Georgia in Realty Reel 186, 'Pages 357-562 to which
'plat reference is hereby had for more complete and accurate

description as to metes, bounds and locations of said property.
Together with an easement to enter upon all areas shown as water system easements,
drainage and utility easements shown on said plat.
The party of the second part RICHMOND COUN1Y, a political subdivision of the
State of Georgia does hereby release, quitclaim and reconvey any interest it may have in and
to the lots as set forth above specified in the original Deed of Dedication hereby releasing any
right, title, claim or interest therein claiming only an interest in and to the property described
in this Deed of Correction to said Deed of Dedication.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said property and all and singular the members and
appurtenances therein belonging as aforesaid, and every part thereof, unto the said party of
the second part, its successors and assigns, forever in fee simple.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties of the first part and party of the second part
has caused these presents to be executed the day and year first above written as the date of
these presents.
