Security Deed executed by LARRY W. STEPHENS AND CONSTANCE M. STEPHENS A/KIA MEL YNDA
C. STEPHENS, Mortgagee, to SOUTH GEORGIA EQUITY CORPORATION (N/KI A SGE MORTGAGE
FUNDING CORPORATION), Mortgagor, dated DECEMBER 9, 1993 as evidenced and recorded in the
Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of RICHMOND County, Georgia, in REEL 441, PAGE 1513,
thereafter assigned to FIRST FAMILY FINANCIAL SERVICES OF GEORGIA, INC. (A/KIA FIRST
FAMILY FINANCIAL OF GEORGIA, INC.) filed SEPTEMBER 29, 1995 as evidenced and recorded in the
Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of RICHMOND County, Georgia, in REEL 503, PAGE 342, and
having been paid in full and the undersigned being the present record owner of such secured interest by
virtue of being the original grantee or the heir, assign, transferee, or devisee of the original grantee, the clerk
of such Superior Court is authorized and directed to cancel that deed of record as provided in Code Section
44-14-4 of the O.C.G.A. for other mortgage cancellations.
