RESOLUTION
APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A DEED OF DEDICATION AND
MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT FOR UTILITIES IN FOREST PLACE, PHASES
I-A & I-B
WHEREAS, the Augusta-Richmond County Commission has been petitioned to approve
and accept a utilities Deed of Dedication and Maintenance Agreement for Forest Place, Phases 1-
A & l-B, from Sibley Development, LLC, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, the Augusta-Richmond County Commission has elected to approve and
accept said Deed and Agreement; and
WHEREAS, it is appropriate for approval and acceptance of the Deed and Agreement by
the Augusta-Richmond County Commission be shown by execution of said Deed and Agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved as follows:
1. The Augusta-Richmond County Commission does hereby approve and accept the
Deed and Agreement.
2. It is further determined that the Mayor of Augusta, Georgia shall execute the Deed
and Agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A.
This Resolution shall be recorded in the Minutes of the Augusta-Richmond County
Commission, accompanied by the exhibits referred to herein.
Duly adopted by the Augusta-Richmond county Commission, this 7th day of July 2009.
