Morgan; and West twenty-four and 45/100ths (24.45) by property now or formerly of Wilma and William James and Martina Bryant. SAID PROPERTY IS THE same as that transferred to Eugene Andrews and Lois Andrews by Quit Claim Deed from Stephen Bayazes, dated September 13, 1989 and recorded in said clerk's office in Realty Reel 318, Page 597.
