MAE RABORN MILES, RACHEL ELAINE RABORN HENDRIX and BRENDA ANN RABORN
FAGLIER, as parties of the first part, and AUGUSTA, GEORGIA, a political subdivision of the
State of Georgia, as party of the second part;
WI TNE S SE T H:
That the parties of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum ofTen ($10.00)
Dollars and other good and valuable consideration, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does
hereby release, remise and forever quitclaim unto the party of the second part, its successors and
assigns, the following described property, to-wit:
All that tract or parcel of land, with any improvements thereon,
situate, lying and being in the 123RD D.G.M., City of Augusta, State
of Georgia, consisting of 2.20 acres, triangular in shape and fronting
455.78 feet, more or less, on Morgan Road, all as shown on plat
prepared by Cranston, Robertson & Whitehurst, dated October 8,
1999, attached hereto and made by reference a part hereof for a more
complete and accurate description as to metes, bounds, distances and
location. Said property is the same property as shown on Tax Map
129, Parcel 5.6 on the tax maps of Richmond County, Georgia.

JOHNNIE WALKER RABORN, JR., Individually and as Executor of the Estates of Johnnie Walker
Raborn, Sr. and Maudell C. Raborn, as party of the first part, and AUGUSTA, GEORGIA, a political
subdivision of the State of Georgia, as party of the second part;
WIT N E SSE T H:
That the party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of One Hundred
Fifty Thousand and Noll 00 ($150,000.00) Dollars, cash in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the party of the second party, its
successors and assigns, the following described property, to-wit:
All that tract or parcel of land, with any improvements thereon,
situate, lying and being in the l23RD D.G.M., City of Augusta, State
of Georgia, consisting of 2.20 acres, triangular in shape and fronting
