Know All Men by these Presents:
That the maker of this instrument, EDWARD J. COLEMAN, III, in his capacity
as Trustee for the Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Estate of COMMERCIAL AND MILITARY
SYSTEMS COMPANY, INC., United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of
Georgia, Case No. 04-13301-LWD, (COMMERCIAL AND MILITARY SYSTEMS
COMPANY, INC. IS ALSO KNOWN AS COMMERCIAL & MILITARY SYSTEMS
COMP ANY), as party of the first part, hereinafter referred to as "Seller," for and in consideration
and in consideration of the sum ofTen Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration
to it in hand paid, at and before the delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, has bargained, sold and delivered, and by these presents does bargain, sell and
deliver unto COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION OF RICHMOND COUNTY, GEORGIA,
a political subdivision of the State of Georgia, and AUGUST A, GEORGIA, a political
subdivision of the State of Georgia, as parties of the second part collectively, herein collectively
referred to as "Purchaser," as of July 17,2009, the following described personal property, as it may
exist on the premises described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof, and in
whatever condition, to-wit:
PROPERTY:
The equipment, supplies, material, furniture and fixtures which are by way of
specification, and not limitation, shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.

Trustee makes no warranty or representation as to whether the property remains on the premises or
as to the condition of such property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said personal property above described, unto the said
Purchaser, its successors or assigns, to its only proper use, benefit and behoof forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part has hereunto set his hand and
seal this \l day of July, 2009.

5. Lighting fixtures, interior
6. Lighting fixtures, exterior
7. Plumbing, plumbing fixtures and complete plumbing system
8. Piping and complete system for compressed air systems
9. Doors, windows and hardware
10. Red A-Frame Lift located in blue building
11. Metal racks located in blue building
12. Any other fixture, attachment or equipment remaining on premises whether particularly
described or listed above.
