PIN 120-0-203-00-0 Said easement consists of 153 Square Feet of temporary construction easement, as shown on a plat prepared by H & C Surveying, Inc., dated September 11, 2005, revised May 31, 2006, attached hereto and made a part hereof, to which reference is made for a more accurate and complete description of the metes, bounds and courses, and being for the purpose of laying, relaying, installing, extending, operating, repairing and maintaining pipelines transporting and carrying utility services. Said temporary easement shall expire at the completion and final acceptance of the Project by Augusta. PIN 120-0-204-00-0 Said easement consists of 12 Square Feet of temporary construction easement, as shown on a plat prepared by H & C Surveying, Inc., dated September 11, 2005, revised May 31,2006, attached hereto and made a part hereof, to which reference is made for a more accurate and complete description of the metes, bounds and courses, and being for the purpose of laying, relaying, installing, extending, operating, repairing and maintaining pipelines transporting and carrying utility services.
