BERRY, of the State of Georgia, Grantor, and JAMES LAFON BERRY, III, State of Georgia, Grantee as joint
tenants with right to survivorship.
WITNESSETH, that Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($] .00) and other valuable
consideration in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, by these presents does hereby remise, convey, and forever, QUIT CLAIM unto said grantee.

ONE "A" OF SAID SUBDIVISION, WHICH WAS PRPAPRED BY BOBBY G. PRICE, REGISTERED
LAND SURVEYOR DATED JULY 27, 1977 AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF
SUPERIOR COURT OF RIC-Hv.Oi'm COUNTY, GEORGiA, IN ReALTY REeL 86, PAGES 1272-1273;
TO WHICH PLAT REFERENCE PLAT REFERENCE IS HEREBY MADE FOR A MORE COMPLETE
AND ACCURATE DISCRlPTION AS TO THE METES, BOUNDS, COURSES, DISTANCES, AND
LOCATION OF SAID PROPERTY.
TO HAVE AND HOLD the said described premises to grantee, so that neither grantor nor any person or
