THIS CONVEYANCE made and executed the 26 day of November, 1997.
AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY
EASEMENT DEED
WITNESSETH that Eulala W. Weddle the undersigned, is the owner of a tract of
land in RICHMOKfD COUNTY, Georgia, which over, through, and across the above
Project has been laid out by CRW Engineers to which reference is hereby made.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the benefit to said property by the
construction and maintenance of said project, and in consideration of ONE DOLLAR
($1.00), in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, I do hereby grant, sell
and convey to Augusta-Richmond County, Georgia, a political subdivision of the State of
Georgia, a perpetual easement for the purpose and uses hereinafter set forth, over,
through and across the following lands, to-wit.
Said easement is hereby conveyed, consisting of 4700 S.F. of permanent utility
easement and 2565 S.F. oftemporary construction easement as shown on a plat of the
property prepared by CRW Engineers, dated 4-10-97, revised nla , attached hereto
and made a part of this description. Said temporary construction easement to expire at the
completion and final acceptance of subject Project or one year after signature of easement
document.
This easement is granted for the following purposes and uses,
to-wit: Installation and maintenance of sanitary sewer line
Project: Water & Sewer Improvements in Fleming Heights Area
The easement herein granted shall bind the heirs and assigns of the undersigned.
