NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the benefit to said pro-
perty by the construction and maintenance of said road, and in con-
sider.ation of ONE DOl.LAR. ($1.00), in hand paid, the'receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, I do.hereby grant, sell and convey to
Richmond County and theii successors in office so ~uch land as to
make a right 6f way for said road a~ surveyed.
Said right of way is hereby conveyed, consisting of 1..52
