Henry Wiggins, Jr. to Augusta, Georgia, dated November 12, 1997,
(Tax Map 72-1, Parcel 28.2) in connection with the above project
which has been recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior
Court of Richmond County, Georgia, in Realty Reel 576, pages 1718-
1720.

WITNESSETH that Charles Henry Wiqqins, Jr., the undersigned,
is the owner of a tract of land in RICHMOND COUNTY, through which
Cook Road/Glendale Subdivision known as Project Cook Rd./Glendale
Subdivision Roadwav and Drainaqe Improvement , has been laid out by
Southern Partners, Inc., being more particularly described in a map
and drawing of said project in the Suburban Public Works
Department, to which reference is hereby made.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the benefit to said
property by the construction and maintenance of said project, and
in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00), in hand paid, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, I do hereby grant, sell and convey
to Augusta, Georgia, a political subdivision of the State of
Georgia, and their successors in office so much land as to make a
right-of-way for said project as surveyed.
Said right-of-way is hereby conveyed in fee simple, consisting
of 0.006 acre, more or less, and N/A acre of permanent drainage
easement, and N/A sq. ft. of temporary construction easement, more
or less, as shown on a plat of the property prepared by Southern
Partners, Inc., dated Auqust 1, 1997, and revised September 30,
1997, attached hereto and made a part of this description.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said conveyed premises in fee simple.
I hereby warrant that I have the right to sell and convey
said land and bind myself, my heirs, executors and administrators
forever to defend by virtue of these presents.
JUST IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal
the day above written.
