CANCELLATION OF DEED TO SECURE DEBT
WHEREAS, the indebtedness referred to in that certain deed to secure debt given
by COMMERCIAL & MILITARY SYSTEMS COMPANY, as grantor, in favor of
REGIONS BANK a Successor to ALLIED BANK OF GEORGIA, as grantee (the
"Security Deed"), dated March27, 1997 and recorded in Realty Reel 553, beginning at
Page 1189, Records of Richmond County, Georgia (the "County"), has been paid in full;
and
WHEREAS, the undersigned, Regions Bank as successor to Allied Bank of
Georgia is the present owner of the interest secured by the Security Deed by virtue of
being the original grantee under the Security Deed or the assignee, transferee or devisee
of such original grantee; and
NOW, THEREFORE, the Clerk of the Superior Court of Richmond County is
hereby authorized and directed to cancel the Security Deed of record as provided in
Section 44-14-67 and in Section 44-14-4 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated for
other mortgage cancellations.
The foregoing cancellation was signed, sealed and delivered in the presence of the
undersigned witness and notary public, and the person who signed the same swore before
the undersigned notary public that the facts contained therein are true and correct.

DEED OF RELEASE
FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the U.S. Small Business Administration, an Agency of the United
States of America, being the present record holder of title and interest in and to the property by viliue of
that certain Deed to Secure Debt from Commercial & Military Systems Company to CSRA Local
Development Corporation recorded April 3, 1997 at Realty Reel 553, Page 1202-1207, Office of the
Clerk of the Superior Court, Richmond County, Georgia and subsequently assigned to The U.S. Small
Business Administration April 3, 1997 at Realty Reel 553, Pages 1208-1210, aforesaid records, hereby
authorizes the Clerk of the Superior Court of Richmond County Georgia, to cancel and satisfy of record
said Deed to Secure Debt as provided in O.C.G.A. Section 44-14-67 and 44-14-4.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the U.S. Small Business Administration has caused this instrument to

CANCELLATION OF SECURITY DEED
COUNTY OF RICHMOND
FOR VALUE RECEIVE, SUDIMAT C.A. AfK/A SUDIMAT S.A. being the present
record holder of title interest in and to the property by virtue of that certain Security Deed dated
August l, 2002, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court for Richmond
County, Georgia, in Realty Reel 803, page 241, as further evidenced by that certain DCC
Financing Statement recorded in aforesaid Clerk's Office in Realty Reel 801, Page 1754, which
was continued by a DCC Financing Statement Amendment recorded in aforesaid Clerk' Office
in Realty Reel 1131, Page 674, does hereby authorize the Clerk of the Superior Court of
Richmond County, Georgia, to cancel and satisfy of record said Security Deed and DCC
Financing Statement as provided in O.C.G.A. Section 44-14-67 and 44-14-4.
WHEREAS, the obligation for which the security deed and DCC Financing Statement
was given has been paid in full, but said security deed and DCC Financing Statement have not
been canceled of record;
THEREFORE, undersigned hereby authorizes and directs the Clerk of Superior Court of
said County, to mark said security deed and DCC Financing Statement satisfied of record.
