Management, Inc. to Richmond County, conveying the above property,
which deed'is dated June 23, 1997 and which has been recorded in
the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Richmond County,
Georgia, in Realty Reel 561, pages 1061-1062.

Dollars, cash in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
does hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the party of the
second party, its successors and assigns, the following described

fronting 441.30 feet on the West side of
Windsor Spring Road, as more particularly
shown and described on the survey plat dated
February 18'11988, prepared by James W. Swift
& Associates, Consulting Engineers, recorded
in the offite of the Clerk of the Superior
Court of Ri~hmond County, Georgia in Realty
Reel 209, I page 1722. Said plat is
incorporated herein for a more complete and
accurate de~cription of said property. LESS
AND EXCEPT iD. 654 Acres and certain easement
rights whichl was condemned by Richmond County
pursuant to ~ Declaration of Taking and Order
dated December 6, 1994.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said parcel of land, together
with all rights, ways and appurtenances thereto belonging or in
anywise appertaining unto the party of the second part, its
successors and assigns, in fee simple, forever.
AND the party of the first part does hereby warrant the
title to said property to the party of the second -part and will
forever defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons
whomsoever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part has
caused these presents to be properly executed and its corporate
