RESOLUTION
APPROVING A DEED OF EASEMENT DEDICATION FROM AUGUSTA,
GEORGIA TO THE AUGUSTA UTILITIES DEPARTMENT ACROSS
FLEMING TENNIS CENTER, 1850 CHESTER AVENUE
WHEREAS, the Augusta-Richmond County Commission has been petitioned to approve
a Deed of Easement Dedication, to the Augusta Utilities Department, across the Fleming Tennis
Center, located at 1850 Chester Avenue (PIN 098-4-136-00-0), for the Rocky Creek Sanitary
Sewer (Project 60135); and
WHEREAS, the Augusta-Richmond County Commission has elected to approve said
Deed;
WHEREAS, it is appropriate for the approval of the Augusta-Richmond County
Commission be shown by execution of said Deed;
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved as follows:
1. The Augusta-Richmond County Commission does hereby approve the Easement Deed
of Dedication, as shown in Exhibit.
2. It is further determined that the Mayor of Augusta, Georgia shall execute said Deed.
This Resolution shall be recorded in the Minutes of the Augusta-Richmond County
Commission, accompanied by the exhibits referred to herein.
Duly adopted by the Augusta-Richmond county Commission, this 17th day of June 2008.
