George L. Godman and Associates, dated July 14, 1992, and recorded
in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Com1 of Richmond County,
Georgia, in Realty Reel 392, page 676, reference being made to said

plat for a more complete and accurate description as to the metes,
bounds and location of said property. The improvements thereon are
known under the present system of numbering as 2441 Riverlook
Drive.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said parcel of land, together with all rights, ways and
appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining unto the party of the second part, its
successors and assigns, in fee simple, forever.
AND the parties of the first part do hereby warrant the title to said property to the
party of the second part and will forever defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons
whomsoever.
