QUIT-CLAIM DEED
RICHMOND COUNTY
THIS INDENTURE, made this \0':- day of~ 2001, by and between AUGUSTA,
GEORGIA, a political subdivision of the State of Georgia, as party of the first part, and
CHARLES DAVID SA V AGE, as party of the second part;
WIT N E SSE T H:
That the party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of Eleven Thousand
Four Hundred and Twenty-One ($11,421.00) Dollars and other good and valuable
consideration, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby release, remise and
forever quitclaim unto the party of the second part, its successors and assigns, the following
described property, to-wit:
All right, title and interest of Augusta, Georgia in and to that
right-of-way consisting of 9,072.58 sq. ft. (Tax Map 83, Parcel
6) and 6,342.69 sq. ft. of temporary construction easement as
shown on plat attached hereto and made by reference a part
hereof as to metes, bounds, distances and location. This is the
same property acquired by the party of the first part from the
party of the second part by Right-of-Way Deed dated February
14, 2001.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises to the said party of the second
part, so that neither the said party of the first part, nor its successors or assigns, nor any other
person or persons claiming under them shall at any time, by any means or ways, have, claim
or demand any right or title to the aforesaid described premises or appurtenances of in any
rights thereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part has caused these presents
to be executed by its proper officials and its seal affixed hereto, the day and year first above
