THIS CONVEYANCE made and executed the ~ day of

WITNESSETH that Kenneth A. Gray, the undersigned, is the 0 ner of a tract of land in
RICHMOND COUNTY, through which Bun2alow Road, known as BlIn2alow Road Improvement, has been laid
out by W. R. Toole Engineers, Inc., being more particularly described in a map and drawing of said project in the
Public Works and Engineering office, to which reference is hereby made.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the benefit to said property by the construction and maintenance
of said project, and in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00), in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, I do hereby grant, sell and convey to Augusta, Georgia, a political subdivision of the State of
Georgia, and their successors in office, so much land as to make a right-of-way for said project as surveyed.
SAID right-of-way is hereby conveyed in fee simple, consisting of 395.49 sq. f1. (0.01 acre), more or less;
and N/A sq. f1. of permanent drainage, utility and maintenance easement, more or less; and 399.18 sq. f1. of
temporary construction easement, more or less, as shown on a drawing of the property prepared by W. R. Toole
Engineers, Inc., dated July 21, 2000, and revised N/ A, attached hereto and made a part of this description.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said conveyed premises in fee simple.
I hereby specially wan-ant that I have the right to sell and convey said land and bind myself, my heirs,
executors and administrators forever to defend by virtue ofthese presents.
JUST IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day above written.
