WTINESSETH that James Turner. the undersigned, is the owner of a tract of land in RlbHMON'D
COUNTY, through which Bunealow Road. known as Bunealow Road Improvement, has been laid out by W. R.
Toole Engineers, Inc., being more particularly described in a map and drawing of said project in the Public Works
and Engineering office, to which reference is hereby made.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the benefit to said property by the construction and maintenance
of said project, and in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00), in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, I do hereby grant, sell and convey to Augusta, Georgia, a political subdivision of the State of
Georgia, and their successors in office, so much land as to make a right-of-way for said project as surveyed.
SAID right-of-way is hereby conveyed in fee simple, consisting of 736.53 SQ. ft. (0.02 acre), more or less;
and N/A sq. ft. of permanent drainage, utility and maintenance easement, more or less; and 749.99 sq. ft. of
temporary construction easement, more or less, as shown on a drawing of the property prepared by W. R. Toole
Engineers, Inc., dated July 21. 2000 . and revised N/A ,attached hereto and made a part of this description.
TO HA VE AND TO HOLD the said conveyed premises in fee simple.
I hereby specially warrant that I have the right to sell and convey said land and bind myself, my heirs,
executors and administrators forever to defend by virtue of these presents.
JUST IN WTINESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day above written.

THIS CONVEYANCE made and executed the ~ day of ::J\..L L ~J

WITNESSETH that Richmond County Board of Education (Georgia Education Authority). the
undersigned, is the owner ofa tract of land in RICHMOND COUNTY, through which Barton Chapel Road
Improvement. Phase ll. known as Barton Chapel Road Improvement. Phase ll, has been laid out by
Southern Partners, Inc., being more particularly described in a map and drawing of said project in the Public
Works and Engineering office, to which reference is hereby made.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the benefit to said property by the construction and maintenance
of said project, and in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00), in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, I do hereby grant, sell and convey to Augusta, Georgia, a political subdivision of the State of
Georgia, and their successors in office, so much land as to make a right-of-way for said project as surveyed.
SAID right-of-way is hereby conveyed in fee simple, consisting of 10.735.03 sq. ft., more or less; and
N/A sq. ft. of permanent drainage, utility and maintenance easement, more or less; and 7.518.88 sq. ft. of
temporary construction easement, more or less, as ~ on a drawing of the property prepared by Southern
Partners, Inc., dated August 2. 1999. and revised 1/ ' attached hereto and made a part of this
description.

WITNESSETH that Vera Anderson f/kJa Vera L. Vining. the undersigned, is the owner ofa tract of
land in RICHMOND COUNTY, through which Windsor Sprine Road. lrnown as Windsor Sprine Improvement
Proiect. Section B, has been laid out by W. R. Toole Engineers, Inc., being more particularly described in a map
and drawing of said project in the Public Works and Engineering office, to which reference is hereby made.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the benefit to said property by the construction and maintenance
of said project, and in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00), in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby
aclrnowledged, I do hereby grant, sell and convey to Augusta, Georgia, a political subdivision of the State of
Georgia, and their successors in office, so much land as to make a right-of-way for said project as surveyed.
SAID right-of-way is hereby conveyed in fee simple, consisting of 954.28 sa. ft., more or less; and N/A sa.
ft. of permanent drainage, utility and maintenance easement, more or less; and 2.583.91 sq. ft. of temporary
construction easement, more or less, as shown on a drawing of the property prepared by W. R. Toole Engineers,
Inc., dated November 7.2001. and revised December 11. 2001, attached hereto and made a part of this description.
TO HA VE AND TO HOLD the said conveyed premises in fee simple.
I hereby specially warrant that I have the right to sell and convey said land and bind myself, my heirs,
executors and administrators forever to defend by virtue of these presents.
JUST IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day above written.
