WITNESSETH that Liesel Smithwick, the undersigned, is the' owner of a tract of land in
RICHMOND COUNTY, through which BUDl!alow Road. known as Bun2albw Road Improvement, has been laid
out by W. R. Toole Engineers, Inc., being more particularly described in a map and drawing of said project in the

Public Works and Engineering office, to which reference is hereby made. I
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the benefit to said prope~ by the construction and maintenance
of said project, and in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00), in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, I do hereby grant, sell and convey to Augusta, Georgia, ~ political subdivision of the State of
Georgia, and their successors in office, so much land as to make a right-of-wdy for said project as surveyed.

SAID right-of-way is hereby conveyed in fee simple, consisting of 496.04 sq. ft., more or less; and N/A sq.
ft. of permanent drainage, utility and maintenance easement, more or l~ss; and 374.99 sq. ft. of temporary
construction easement, more or less, as shown on a drawing of the prope~ prepared by W. R. Toole Engineers,
Inc., dated July 21. 2000. and revised N/ A, attached hereto and made a part o~ this description.

TO HA VE AND TO HOLD the said conveyed premises in fee simpld.

I hereby specially warrant that I have the right to sell and convey bid land and bind myself, my heirs,
executors and administrators forever to defend by virtue of these presents. I
