THIS INDENTURE made and entered into this ..tJr. day of 1/1.#/1./'1, 2002, between
Alvin E. Cadle and Benjamin E. Cadle, hereinafter referred to as the Party of the First Part, and
Augusta, Georgia, a political subdivision under the laws of Georgia, hereinafter referred to as the
Party of the Second Part:
WITNESSETH
THAT THE PARlY OF THE FIRST PART, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE
DOLLAR ($1.00) in hand and truly paid by the Party of the Second Part, at and before the sealing
and delivery of these presents, and other valuable consideration, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold, conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents
does grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto the Party of the Second Part, its successors
and assigns, the hereinafter described parcel of land:
All that tract or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the State of Georgia, County of
Richmond, beginning at a point 24.80 feet N53033'50"E of the Right of Way of Brown Road and
extending back 25.20 feet to a point; then turning and extending S34029'46"E for a distance of 50
feet to a point; then turning and extending S53033'34"W for a distance of 50 feet to a point; then
turning and extending along the Right of Way of said Brown Road N34029'4TW for a distance of
25.79 feet to a point; then turning and extending S55022'50"W for a distance of 24.80 feet to a
point; then turning and extending S34031'32"E a distance of 25 feet back to beginning. Said tract
of land consist of 0.04 acre and is designated as Tract uB" on a plat prepared by Cranston,
Robertson & Whitehurst, P.C., dated August 23, 2001, revised February 4, 2002, attached hereto
and made a part hereof, to which reference is made for a more accurate and complete
description of the metes, bounds and courses.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said parcel of land, together with all and singular the rights,
members and appurtenances thereof, belonging or in anywise appertaining, to the Party of the
Second Part, its successors and assigns, forever in fee simple.

AND THE PARTY OF THE FIRST PART, their heirs, assigns and legal representatives
shall and will forever warrant and forever defend the right and title to the above described
