THIS INDENTURE, Made this l day of ~ ' 2008, by and
between BORAL BRICKS, INC., A Georgia corporation, as party of the First Part, and
AUGUSTA, GEORGIA, also known as AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY,
GEORGIA, a political subdivision of the State of Georgia, as party of the Second Part,
WITNESSETH: That the said party of the, First Part, for and in consideration of
the sum of Ten ($10.00) Dollars and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid,
at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold and conveyed, and by these presents does
grant, bargain, sell and convey until the said party of the Second Part, its successors and
assigns, the following described property, to include any and all interest in said property
by any clay leases of record in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Richmond
County, to-wit:
See Exhibit A hereto attached and by reference made a part hereof.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said bargained premises, together with all and
singular the rights, members and appurtenances thereof, to the same being, belonging or
in anywise appertaining to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said party of the
Second Part, its successors and assigns, forever, IN FEE SIMPLE.

AND the said party of the First Part, its successors and assigns, will warrant and
forever defend the right and title to the above described property, unto the said party of
the Second Part, its successors and assigns, against the lawful claims of all persons

executed by the proper officials, with affixed seal and delivered these presents the day
and year first above written.
