I am enclosing herewith the original recorded Right-of-Way Deed with regard to
property described as Tax Map 83, Parcel 37.7, which was purchased by the City in
connection with the above-referenced project. Said Right-of-Way Deed has been filed of
record in the office of the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia at Book 729, pages
1859-1863.
This original Deed represents an important muniment of title and should be retained
in the City's permanent records.

WITNESSETH that George S. Pruiett a/kJa Dreamers Drive Thru Plaza. Inc.. the undersigned, is the
owner of a tract of land in RICHMOND COUNTY, through which Barton Chapel Road Improvement. Phase
!L. known as Barton Chave) Road Imvrovement. Phase II, has been laid out by Southern Partners, Inc., being
more particularly described in a map and drawing of said project in the Public Works and Engineering office, to
which reference is hereby made.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the benefit to said property by the construction and maintenance
of said project, and in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00), in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, I do hereby grant, sell and convey to Augusta, Georgia, a political subdivision of the State of
Georgia, and their successors in office, so much land as to make a right-of-way for said project as surveyed.
SAlD right-of-way is hereby conveyed in fee simple, consisting of 5.845.24 sq. ft., more or less; and
N/ A acre of permanent drainage, utility and maintenance easement, more or less; and 4.738.40 sq. ft. of
temporary construction easement, more or less, as shown on a drawing of the property prepared by Southern
Partners, Inc., dated August 2. 1999. and revised N/A, attached hereto and made a part of this description.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said conveyed premises in fee simple.
I hereby specially walTant that I have the right to sell and convey said land and bind myself, my heirs,
executors and administrators forever to defend by virtue of these presents.
JUST IN WITNESS THEREOF, J have hereunto set my hand and seal the day above written.
