EASEMENT BEING IN THE NATURE of a right -of -way for the purpose of laying,
talling, extending, adding, expanding, operating, repairing, and maintaining pipelines
and arrying utility services, the same hereinafter being referred to as the "PROJECT;"
ETHER WITH THE RIGHT, when construction or maintenance is necessary, to dig
