Owner, its successors, assigns and legal representatives, after the completion of the Project, lave the right to use said parcel of land in any manner not inconsistent or interfering with the rights granted, excluding however, the right to plant thereon any trees or other vegetation that may re with the operation of the pipelines, and to erect, construct or maintain thereon any buildings, Jres, or other permanent improvements.
