DEED OF DEDICATION
THIS INDENTURE, made and entered into this (pfh.day of 0 dow, 20!1f-, by and
between Augusta Baseline Development, LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company,
hereinafter referred to as the "Grantor", and AUGUSTA, GEORGIA, a political subdivision of the
State of Georgia, hereinafter referred to as the "Grantee": (the words "Grantor" and "Grantee" to
include their respective heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns where the context requires
or permits);
WITNESSETH THAT:
GRANTOR, for and in consideration ofthe sum ofTen and No/IOO ($10.00) Dollars and other
good and valuable consideration, in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged has granted, bargained, sold, aliened, conveyed, and
confirmed, and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, alien, convey and confirm unto the said
Grantee, all that tract or parcel of land lying and being located in AUGUSTA, Georgia, the following
described property, to wit:
A RIGHT-OF-WAY ACROSS AND THROUGH the portion of land lying between Tract
"A" and Tract "B" labeled "Roadway Tract," together with the pipelines and appurtenances located
therein, which is delineated on a plat prepared for Augusta Baseline Development, LLC, by Southern
Partners, Inc., dated May 26,2004, and revised September 29,2004, and recorded in Plat Cabinet D at
Slide 103, Plat A, which plat reference is made for a more complete and accurate description as to the
metes, bounds and location of said easements;
SAID RIGHT -0 F -WAY is for the purpose of laying, installing, extending, operating,
repairing, and maintaining a roadway, the same hereinafter being referred to as the "PROJECT;"
Together with all and singular the right of way, easements, members, privileges and
appurtenances to the said property, being, belonging, or in anyway appertaining, and the rents,
reversions, issues and profits thereof and of every part thereof.

AND THE SAID PARTY OF THE FIRST PART (GRANTOR), its successors and assigns,
shall and will forever warrant and defend unto the Party of the Second Part (Grantee), its successors
and assigns, the right of way, and/or easements, privileges, and appurtenances conveyed herein, against
the claim or claims of any person claiming through the Party of the First Part.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor has caused this deed to be executed and sealed by duly
authorized officers or Grantor.
