a public body corporate and politic of the State of Georgia
as party of the second part (hereinafter referred to as "Grantee"); the words "Grantor" and
"Grantee" to include their respective heirs, successors, and assigns where the context requires or
permits.
WITNESSETH that: Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of one dollar ($1.00)
and other valuable considerations in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these
presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, by these presents does hereby remise,

convey and forever QUITCLAIM unto the said Grantee all of Grantor's right, title and interest in
and to all those tracts or parcels of real property lying and being in the City of Augusta,
Richmond County, Georgia and being more particularly described on Exhibit "A" attached
hereto and made a part hereof.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said described premises to Grantee, so that neither
Grantor nor any person or persons claiming under Grantor shall at any time, by any means or
ways, have, claim or demand any right or title to said premises or appurtenances, or any rights
thereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor has signed and sealed this deed, the day and year

LEGAL DESCRIPTION FOR LOT 046-4 PARCEL 186
All that tract or parcel of land, lying and being in the City of Augusta, Richmond County,
Georgia, containing 498 square feet or 0.011 acre, and being more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at a point having Georgia State Plane East Zone Coordinates (NAD 83)
N: 1,261,310.96', E: 716,123.02', said point being the Point of Beginning; thence,
S26034'20"E a distance of 58.74' to a point marked by a 1" pipe; thence, S23031'15"W a
distance of 7.09' to a point; thence, N33003'53"W a distance of 53.86' to a point, thence,
N23007'52"E a distance of 15.11' to a point; said point being the Point of Beginning.
The above-described property contains 0.011 of an acre and is shown as "Property Acquired by
the City of Augusta" on, and described according to, that certain Easement Survey (Drawing No.
2476-03-B) prepared for Augusta - Richmond County by Donaldson, Garrett, & Associates, Inc.
(John M. Story, Georgia Registered Land Surveyor No. 2266) last revised on March 11, 2004,
which plat of survey is attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit "A-I".
