[TNESSETH that Applied Industrial Technologies-Dixie, Inc. , the undersigned, is the owner of a tract of
:HMOND COUNTY, through which Marvin Griffin Road, known as Marvin Griffin Road Improvement
s been laid out by Hussey, Gay, Bell & Deyoung, Inc., being more particularly described in a map and
. said project in the Augusta Engineering office, to which reference is hereby made.
)W, THEREFORE, in consideration of the benefit to said property by the construction and maintenance of
~t, and in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00), in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby
ged, I do hereby grant, sell and convey to Augusta, Georgia, a political subdivision of the State of Georgia,
