FOR GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, SunTrust
Mortgage, Inc. is in this conveyance for the purpose of releasing and quit
claiming all of its right, title and interest in and to the security deed from ANGELA
M. WILLLAMSON SunTrust Mortgage, Inc. dated February 4, 2009, and
recorded on February 12, 2009 in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of
Richmond County, Georgia in Book 1206, Page 454, said security deed being
satisfied pro tanto only as to the property consisting of 0.016 acre (676.04 sq.
ft.), in fee, and 0.026 acre (1,150.88 sq. feet) of permanent construction and
maintenance easement and being conveyed to Augusta, Georgia, but to remain
in full~force and effect as to the property not hereinbefore released.
It is expressly understood that the release of said parcel from the lien shall
not in any way affect the lien of said Security Deed upon the remaining land
thereby subject to the Security Deed.
