IC STATE OF GEORGIA ) COUNTY OF RICHMOND) DEED OF DEDICATION FOR SECTION ONE OF SPIRIT POINTE (For Streets and Storm Drainage) THIS INDENTURE made and entered into this the ~day of IJJ#Cff 02(}z)), between GOLMAR, INC., A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF GEORGIA, as parties of the First Part; and AUGUSTA, GEORGIA, a political subdivision of the State of Georgia, as party of the Second Part: , WITNESSETH: THA T the parties of the First Part for and in consideration of the sum ofTEN AND NO/lOO ($10,00) DOLLARS, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, and other valuable consideration to hereinafter described, has granted, bargained, sold, conveyed, released and confirmed and by these presents does hereby grant, bargain, sell, release, convey and confirm, to the party of the Second Part, its successors and assigns, the following described property, to-wit: All those strips or parcels of land, situate, lying and being in Richmond County, Georgia, in Section One of Spirit Pointe Subdivision, being portions or all of Paramount Court, Vantage Way, Commonwealth Way, Patriot Drive, a 2,24 acre detention pond at the end ofP~ramount Court, and a 0.40 acre detention pond at the intersection of Patriot Drive and Brown Road, Said property is more particularly shown and described on a plat of Section One of Spirit Pointe Subdivision prepared by Southern Partners, Inc" under date of June 21, 1994; said plat is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Richrnond County, Georgia, in Reel 493. at pages 11; and reference is hereby made to said plat for a more complete and accurate description as to metes, bounds and location of said property , ALSO, THE RIGHTS TO USE IN COMMON WITH THE GRANTORS ALL DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS AS SHOWN ON THE AFORESAID RECORDED PLAT.
