520 GREENE STREET PARTNERS, LLP, of Richmond County, Georgia, as Grantor, and
AUGUSTA, GEORGIA, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF GEORGIA, as
Grantee.
WITNESSETH:
That the Grantor, without consideration, as a gift to the Grantee, does hereby give, grant,
and convey unto the Grantee, its successors and assigns, the following described property, to-wit:

Said property is known under the present system of street numbering in Augusta, Georgia,
as 505 Telfair Street and is the same property conveyed to the Grantor herein by Warranty Deed
from Sam G. Nicholson, dated September 29,2000, and of record in aforesaid Clerk's Office on
Realty Book 00702, page 0220 through 0221.
TO HA VE AND TO HOLD said property, together with all rights, ways and
appurtenances thereto belonging, or in anywise appertaining, unto the Grantee, its successors and
assigns, in fee simple, forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor, by and through its duly authorized managing
nartner. has hereunto set its hand and seal effective the day and year first above written.

ALL that tract or parcel of land, with improvements thereon, situate, lying and being on
the North side of Telfair Street between 5th Street and 6th Street in the City of Augusta,
Richmond County, Georgia.
BEGINNING at the Northwest comer of 5th Street and Telfair Street, running thence
Northeasterly along the Westerly side of 5th Street at an interior angle of 89006' a distance
of 176.6 feet to an iron pin at the Southeasterly comer of property now or formerly of
Johnson, thence in a Northwesterly direction at an interior angle of 91006' and along the
Southern boundary line of property now or formerly of Cullum and Johnson, a distance
of 55.40 feet to an iron pin; thence continuing along a line with an interior angle of
178012' a distance of 46.85 feet to an iron pin; thence in a Southwesterly direction at an
interior angle of 91024' and along the Easterly line of property now or formerly of Parks,
a distance of 175.5 feet to an iron pin on the Northerly side of Telfair Street; thence
Southeasterly along the Northerly side of Telfair Street a distance of 104.4 feet to the
POINT OF BEGINNING. Said property being the same as property more particularly
described on a plat dated April 16, 1998, prepared by H. Lawson Graham & Associates,
Inc., which plat is recorded in Realty Reel 594, Page 1768, Richmond County records.
Reference to said plat is made for a more complete and accurate description as to the
metes, bounds and location of said property.
Subject to any and all restrictions, covenants, conditions, zoning ordinances, rights-of-
way and easements of record, if any, affecting said land.
And being the same property conveyed by Sam G. Nicholson to 520 Greene Street
Partners, LLP by Warranty Deed dated September 29, 2000 and recorded in said Clerk's
Office in Book 702, page 220.

Motion to add and approve an agreement with Georgia power for
Underground Easement at Water Tower on Walton Way Extension and reloeation
of a pole at 2578 Lyman Street and movement of facilities on East Boundary.
