RESOLVED, that Larry Sides, Vice President of this Corporation be hereby authorized and
empowered to quit claim for Land exchange with Augusta/Richmond County, in the name of and
in behalf of this Corporation, upon such terms and conditions as may be agreed upon, at the
sole discretion of the President.
The undersigned hereby certifies that he is a duly elected and qualified officer and the custodian
of the books and records and seal of Georgia Bank and Trust Co., a corporation duly formed
pursuant to the laws of the state of Georgia and that the foregoing is a true record of a
resolution duly adopted by the corporation, and that said resolution is now in full force and effect
without modification or rescission.
