GA 30903 Gentlemen: The Rental Agreement, dated 08-18-9.5 , by and between Richmond County ,and the Georgia Department of Public Safety for use by Georgia State Patrol Drivers License Division, of 4.171 square feet of office space located at 3423 Hike Pad~ett Highway. Augusta. Ga. (Post 51 / DL) will expire on June 30. 1999 Article IV of said rental agreement granted to Tenant the option to extend its occupancy on a year to year basis for consecutive years, Pursuant to this Article, the Georgia Department of Public Safety. desires to exercise this option therefore, continuing its occupancy for a 12-month period beginning July 1. 1999 and ending June 30. 2000 , under the same terms, conditions, covenants, agreements, and provisions, stipulations of said rental agreement and at the monthly rental rate of $1.00 per year .;:.
