GUARANTEE
from the
WOMEN'S DIVISION OF THE GENERAL BOARD
OF GLOBAL MINISTRIES OF THE UNITED METHODIST CHURCH
("Women's Division")
Augusta, Georgia, by and through the Augusta-Richmond County Commission, as the
Recipient of funds through the Community Development Block Grant Program (hereinafter
"Recipient") has agreed to make a forgivable loan to New Bethlehem Community Center,
(hereinafter referred to as "Borrower") for the acquisition of playground equipment for
installation at said center located at 1336 Conklin Ave., Augusta, Georgia (said location being
also known as 1504 Clay Street).
The said forgivable loan up to the amount of Seventy Five Thousand, Eight Hundred and
Forty- Two Dollars and Fifty Cents ($75,842.50) to Borrower is evidenced by a Note dated
,sepf" i6,2fffl, executed by said New Bethlehem Community Center in favor of Augusta, Georgia
(the "Note"), a true and correct copy of the Note being attached hereto as Exhibit "A",
In consideration of the Grantee making said forgivable loan to New Bethlehem
Community Center, the "Women's Division" by and through its authorized officials does hereby
guarantee the payment of said loan according to the terms of the Note until the whole of the same
is repaid. Any liability of the undersigned shall not be affected by, nor shall it be necessary to
procure the consent of the undersigned or given any notice in reference to any indulgence,
compromise, settlement, extension, change in the interest rate, or variation of terms, or by the
discharge or release of any obligation of the said borrower for the indebtedness guaranteed
hereunder by operation of law or otherwise. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if Borrower defaults
in any of its obligations to Grantee, "Women's Division", after reasonable notice from the
Grantee of Borrower's default, shall have one hundred eighty (180) days within which to cure
Borrower's default.

Should any party's address change while this Guarantee is in effect, the party changing it's
address shall notify all other parties in writing within ten days of is change of address.
