Refueler Description: Item #1: General Description: Qty: (1) new Garsite 5000 gallon jet aircraft refueler
Chassis: Mounted on a new 7300 model International truck-chassis
wi DT-466 diesel engine and Allison automatic transmission
Tank: 5000 gallon polished aluminum tank with open side cabinets
Pump Capacity: 300 GPM system wi (1) underwing and (2) overwing hose reels
Confil!uration: Dispensing equipment mounted in open side cabinets

Order Confirmation, Sil!ned Confirmation - A signed 'Confirmation of Order' or Purchase Order is required to secure your order.
Deposit Requirement, Payment Terms - Balance of payment is due in full net thirty (30) days.

Freight: Our unit is quoted as delivered to Augusta, GA. Note, the inland freight from Kansas City, KS to Augusta, GA is
approximately $ 3,185 and as referenced above, our price above includes the cost of transportation.
Painting and Decals: The tank will remain in its polished aluminum finish. The fueling equipment will be painted silver with
polyurethane paint. The chassis cabs will remain in its factory white finish. Customer supplied decals will be
installed at no additional charge.
Validity: Per the bid requirements, our proposal is valid for ninety (90) days from Tuesday, December 16,2008.
Shipment Timeframe: 30-45 Days from receipt of purchase order
