Compliance with Federal and State Immigration Laws:
The Subgrantee agrees that throughout the performance of this contract it will remain in
full compliance with all federal and state immigration laws, including but not limited to
provisions 8 USC ~ 1324a and Act 457 of the 2006 Session of the Georgia General
Assembly (Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act, effective July 1, 2007)
regarding the unlawful employment of unauthorized aliens and verification of lawful
presence in the United States. Subgrantee will ensure that only persons who are citizens or
nationals of the United States or non-citizens authorized under federal immigration laws
are employed to perform services under this contract or any subcontract hereunder. (Titles
13, 16, 35,42,43,48, and 50 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, enacted effective
July 1, 2007).
Subgrantee further certifies by signing Annex BB. (Immigration and Security Form), it
will comply with the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 (IRCA). D.L. 99-603
and the Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act O.C.G.A. 13-10-90 et.seq.
Subgrantee further agrees to include the provisions contained in the forgoing paragraph in
each subcontract for services hereunder.
Sub grantee shall not retaliate against or take any adverse action against any employee or
any subcontractor for reporting, or attempting to report a violation(s) regarding applicable
immigration laws. .

IMMIGRATION AND SECU~ITY FORM
A. In order to insure compliance with the Immigration Reform and Control Act of
1986 (IRCA), D.L. 99-603 and the Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act
OCGA 13-10-90 et.sea., Contractor must initial one of the sections below: .
/ Contractor has 500 or more employees and Contractor warrants that Contractor
has complied with the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 (lRCA), D.L. 99-603
and the Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act by registering at
httos://www.vis-dhs.com/EmoloverReaistration and verifying information of all new
employees; and by executing any affidavits required by the rules and regulations issued
by the Georgia Department of Labor set forth at Rule 300-10-1-.01 et.sea.
Contractor has 100-499 employees and Contractor warrants that no later than
July 1,2008, Contractor will register at httos://www.vis-dhs.com/EmoloverReaistration to
verify information of all new employees in order to comply with the Immigration Reform
and Control Act of 1986 (IRCA), D.L. 99-603 and the Georgia Security and Immigration
Compliance Act; and by executing any affidavits required by the rules and regulations
issued by the Georgia Department of Labor set forth at Rule 300-10-1-.01 et.sea.
Contractor has 99 or fewer employees and Contractor warrants that no later
than July 1,2009, Contractor will register at httos://www.vis-
dhs.com/EmoloverReaistration to verify information of all new employees in order to
'~omply with the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 (lRCA), D.L. 99-603 and
the Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act; and by executing any affidavits
required by the rules and regulations issued by the Georgia Department of Labor set

8. Contractor warrants that Contractor has included a similar provision in all written
agreements with any subcontractors engaged to perform services under this Contract.
