AND
SHILOH COMPREHENSIVE COMMUNITY CENTER, INC.
FOR
THE 1998 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM

The Agreement, made and entered into QR MftN~Y 1, 1998, by and between AUGUSTA, / v-
GEORGIA, by and through the Augusta-Richmond County Commission, as the
Implementor of the Community Development Block Grant Program (hereinafter referred
to as "Grantee"), and SHILOH COMPREHENSIVE COMMUNITY CENTER,INC.,
(hereinafter referred to as "Subrecipient") is hereby amended incorporating the following
revisions to said agreement.
1. SCOPE OF SERVICE
Amendment - Grantee will provide the funds specified in this Agreement in the
form of a grant. All further characterization of funding within the contract language shall
be understood to relate to the funds provided by Grantee as a grant. All other terms,
characterizations and requirements in the SCOPE OF SERVICE clause remain in effect.
2. TERM; TERMINATION - Unchanged

4. PERFORMANCE MONITORING - Unchanged
5. INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE - Unchanged

7. COMPENSATION
Amendment - Subrecipient shall be paid a total consideration of $400,000.00
towards completion of the comprehensive renovation plan, construction costs and full
performance of the services specified under this Agreement. The total dollar amount
indicated above is inclusive of $71 ,300.00 which is the consideration specified in the
original, unamended COMPENSATION clause. Any cost above the $400,000.00 grant
shall be the sole responsibility of Subrecipient. As specified in the amended SCOPE OF
SERVICE clause above, the assistance shall be in the form of a grant from Grantee to
Subrecipient. Disbursement of grant funds are conditioned upon completion of the
required activities and documents described in this contract and specifically at Appendix
B. All other terms, characterizations and requirements in the COMPENSATION clause,
specifically those regarding Drawdowns and Requests for Payments, remain in effect.
