CONTRACT AMENDMENT
PREMISES
WHEREAS, Bridgestone/Firestone, Inc. (Firestone) and AUGUSTA PUBLIC TRANSIT.
(Operator), entered into an agreement for lease of mileage tires effective
September 1, 1995; and
WHEREAS, the Operator's specification called for 12R22.5 radial-ply
construction tires for operation of buses for Operator's vehicles; and
WHEREAS, Firestone manufactures 255/70R22.5 radial tires designed for use on
transit buses and the parties have agreed upon terms and conditions concerning
the lease of such tires, as set forth herein.
WITNESSETH:
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises, the parties hereto agree as
follows:

April 1, 1996 - August 31, 1996
September 1, 1996 - August 31, 1997

on the ADA vehicles and the parties have agreed upon terms and conditions
concerning the lease of such tires, as set forth herein.
