THIS 1st AMENDMErrh TO AGREEMENT ("Contract"), is - made and entered into as of
the ,I 1~ay of.1t . (/, , 2005, ("the effective date") by and between Augusta, Georgia -
acting through the Housing and Economic Development Department (hereinafter referred to as
"ARED") with principal offices located at 925 Laney-Walker Boulevard, 2nd Floor, Augusta,
Georgia 30901, as party of the first part, hereinafter called "Augusta", and the Antioch
Ministries, Inc., a non-profit corporation, organized pursuant to the Laws of the State of Georgia,
hereinafter called" AMI" as party in the second part.
WITNESSETH
WHEREAS, Augusta has entered into a contractual agreement with Antioch Ministries, Inc., for
the administration of HOME eligible affordable housing development activities dated October 18,
2005; and
WHEREAS, the amount thereof was incorrectly stated and that the corrected amount IS
$11,323.00.
NOW THEREFORE, the parties mutually agree that the correct Contract amount is $11,323.00.
Except as provided herein the parties ratify and reconfirm all other terms of this Agreement of
October 18, 2005 dated the same being incorporated herein by reference.
