800 MHz USER AGREEMENT
CONTRACT DATED JANUARY 6,1998
BETWEEN SCANA Communications, Inc, and Augusta, Georgia, whereby this contract
was assigned to MOTOROLA, Inc. effective July 1,2001; this Amendment is made
between Augusta, Georgia and MOTOROLA, Inc.
In accordance with Section 6 of the 800 MHz User Agreement. AUTOMATIC
RENEWAL - TERMINATION, the current parties to this agreement hereby exercise the
right to an automatic two (2) year extension of this agreement to January 6, 2007, at the
. same rate as currently in effect.
